About Lucy

Lucy plays a central role at Mortgage Monkeys, helping to keep the business organised, the client journey running smoothly and the team moving forward.

She has a strong background in operations and client service and has also qualified as a Protection Adviser, allowing her to support clients with the important protection side of their financial planning as well as the wider mortgage process.

Lucy is also heavily involved in the systems and technology behind Mortgage Monkeys. She helps develop the processes we use to make things simpler for both clients and advisers, while making sure that personal service remains at the heart of what we do.

Before joining the mortgage world, Lucy worked in a very different environment, supporting clients in private homes and on yachts. That experience gave her a strong understanding of service, organisation and attention to detail, all of which she now brings to Mortgage Monkeys.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with family, travelling and making the most of life in Devon.
