Meet our amazing team of Mortgage Advisers across the UK

Meet Our Chief Monkeys

James Beadell CeMAP

CEO & Mortgage Adviser

James has been providing mortgage advice since 1998 and brings a wealth of experience to Mortgage Monkeys. James’ goal is to make the process of mortgaging and re-mortgaging as simple as possible, even in complex situations.

James started his own business in 2005, initially trading as Berkeley James before becoming Beadell’s in 2013. Since then, Beadell’s has developed an excellent reputation and strong client base within the local community. This success has allowed the business to expand to a wider geographical area and in 2021, the business was reborn again as Mortgage Monkeys to better reflect the growing team of advisers and broadening the reach of the business.

“Whether you’re buying for the first time or re-mortgaging, the process can be daunting. I pride myself on simplifying the process and providing guidance every step of the way to ensure my clients receive the best possible outcome with the least possible stress”

Mango The Monkey

Social Secretary

Mango joined the team in 2021 as a trainee, he loves all things social and will be popping up on your Social Media feeds soon.

Lucy Caulfield

Associate

Lucy brings a range of skills to the team, she is an "organiser" of all things, thankfully her computer knowledge allows Mortgage Monkeys to keep on top of changes in technology and is helping us reinvent the post covid way of operating the business.

Her previous roles have been in a more glamorous environment working for the world of the rich and famous on yachts and private homes. Lucy is looking forward to bringing the mortgage business into a new technology-based world where advice will still be the key but backed up by simple to use technology.

"Helping James re-invent and re-brand has been great fun, we are looking forward to the journey ahead. I am really looking forward to liaising with clients and helping them with our new systems."
